Tuesday, October 3 at 6:00 pm – “Mindfulness Meditation” presented by Maureen Scott, ANP-BC.

Maureen will introduce mindfulness meditation so that you can practice on your own in order to feel less stressed.

You can schedule by requesting an appointment below.  Select the appointment type “Seminar” then the date.  The 6 pm time is not available, so select any time during the date and write-in the notes that you want to attend the seminar.  A confirmation email will be sent to you after you are scheduled.
